Mrs. Litricia Ranel Jones was born February 1, 1954 to the union of Reverend Leslie and Sarah Kennedy in Chicago Heights, Illinois. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Union Evangelistic Baptist Church under the pastorage of Rev. Floyd Preston Piper. Sister Litricia continued to be a devoted Christian until her day of rest.
On August 28, 1971, she united in holy matrimony to her high school sweetheart Meddie Jones. Together they raised their two children Ayanna and Manu. Following graduation, she began working her first job as an operator at Illinois Bell. Litricia worked hard throughout her career with the company in growing positions of responsibility.
